*Travel within 45 minutes of Burke, VA is included in your session fee. For locations that require travel beyond 45 minutes, an additional flat travel fee will apply to cover time and transportation costs. The fee will be quoted based on the distance and confirmed before booking.

Coverage typically includes family portraits, detail shots of the decorations and setup, the Doljabi ceremony, candid moments of guests, and of course, plenty of photos of the birthday child.
2. How many hours of coverage do I need?
Most Dohl events are well-covered in 2-3 hours. This usually allows time for guest arrivals, portraits, the Doljabi ceremony, cake cutting, and candid moments throughout.
3. Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution images and order professional prints or albums directly.
4. Do you travel to venues?
Yes—I travel to event venues, restaurants, or homes where the Doljanchi is being held. Travel fees may apply if the location is outside of my service area.
5. Do you photograph family portraits before the event starts?
Absolutely! I recommend scheduling family portraits right at the beginning of the event, while everyone looks their best and before the party gets busy.
6. How long after the event will I receive my photos?
Final edited galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.
7. How do you capture both posed and candid moments?
I balance both! We’ll make time for traditional portraits and key moments (like Doljabi), while I also focus on capturing candid laughter, interactions, and natural memories throughout the celebration.
8. Do you coordinate with event planners or decorators?
Yes—I often work alongside event planners and decorators to capture the details of your setup before guests arrive, ensuring you’ll have beautiful images of all the hard work and planning.
9. Can I request specific shots?
Of course! Before your event, we’ll go over a shot list or any must-have photos you’d like so nothing gets missed.
10. How do we book and secure our date?
To get started, please reach out to me through Instagram or email. We’ll chat about availability, and once we agree on the place, date, and time, I’ll send you an email with a booking link. This link will include a contract and a short questionnaire. A signed contract and retainer are required to officially secure your date.
